Connor is an associate in the firm’s Structured Finance Practice, focusing on repurchase, warehouse, and other secured lending transactions backed by a variety of asset classes.

Located in Winston’s Charlotte office, Connor represents domestic and foreign banks and other financial institutions in warehouse lending, specializing in repurchase facilities backed by commercial mortgage loans and asset-backed securities, in addition to other secured lending transactions.

Connor has advised clients on innovative financing structures for a variety of lending facilities, including repurchase transactions backed by commercial mortgage loans, securities, and repack securities formed for securitizing commercial bank and middle market loans not suitable for traditional collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions. Connor also has experience representing banks and other institutional lenders in CLO transactions.
