Oriana represents public and private companies in connection with domestic and cross-border private equity, growth equity, venture capital and & M&A transactions.

Her experience includes notably conducting legal due diligence, drafting the contractual documentation, as well as the post-closing advice/follow-up. She also handles general corporate matters and restructurings.

Prior to joining Winston, Oriana worked in various French and international law firms.

Her native language is French, and she is fluent in English.
