Megan brings a wealth of legal skills honed through key federal court clerkships, uniquely positioning her to provide clients with strategic and effective legal representation.

Having served in two federal court clerkships, Megan possesses a deep understanding of navigating complex legal landscapes. Her skills extend to researching, drafting, and editing appellate opinions as well as trial orders on dispositive and non-dispositive motions. She possesses experience with trial preparation, handling tasks such as drafting jury instructions, analyzing motions in limine and Daubert motions, and addressing various evidentiary issues for a wide range of cases, including complex MDL bellwether trials.

Before joining Winston, Megan served as a summer associate for a global multi-national law practice and, as an intern, collaborated with a small Florida-based firm to file a successful compassionate release motion. She also gained valuable analytical, regulatory, and communication skills as an analyst with a Fortune 100 property-and-casualty insurer. Her outstanding legal research, analysis, and communication skills underscore her capacity to provide well-rounded and effective legal representation.

Megan earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2021, where she served as executive articles editor for the Florida Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Megan received her B.A. in history from the University of Notre Dame in 2005.
