Grayson is a litigation associate who focuses his practice on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, as well as international disputes. 

Grayson is an associate in the firm’s Houston office who uses his engineering degree and legal experience to advise clients on commercial disputes and intellectual property matters. Passionate about advocating for immigrants, Grayson served as a student attorney for the University of Houston Law Center Immigration Clinic as well as externing for a local immigration non-profit where he assisted clients in English and Spanish. Grayson also leverages these language skills to assist clients across Latin America in high-stakes disputes. Specifically, he has experience in international commercial arbitrations under the ICC Arbitration Rules.

  • Representing Latin American consumer paper manufacturer and distributor in a shareholder dispute governed by the ICC Arbitration Rules seated in Miami under New York law.
  • Representing commodities trader in a natural gas sale dispute arising from Winter Storm Uri.
  • Assisted in representing a state-owned entity in an LCIA arbitration seated in Houston under Texas law against multinational energy corporations pursuant to the parties’ contract for sale and purchase of natural gas based on the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) form contract. 
  • Assisted in representing a citizen of England in Eastern District of Texas proceedings seeking the return of his sons to England pursuant to the 1980 Hauge Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
