Winston’s West Coast Office Managing Partner Changes Featured in Daily Journal

Winston & Strawn Partner Eva Davis is featured in Daily Journal’s October 1 article titled “Winston & Strawn LLP Adds Two New Office Managing Partners in California.” The article highlights Winston’s new leadership appointments, including Los Angeles Managing Partner Eva Davis.

 

Eva serves as co-chair of Winston’s Private Equity Practice and has counseled domestic and international clients in public and private mergers and acquisition deals, debt and equity financing transactions, initial public offerings, distressed sales and bankruptcy investments.

“I am excited to lead the growth of our West Coast offices, a key component of our firm’s strategic plan,” Eva said. She also notes that Winston has expanded its private equity practice in Los Angeles and is working to expand the private equity fund, independent sponsor, and family office clients in the region.
