Winston Wins at the 2021 Turnaround Atlas Awards

Winston & Strawn attorneys were recognized at the 2021 Turnaround Atlas Awards. As stated on the organization’s website, “Winning [these] independently governed awards, equates to achieving the ‘Gold Standard of Performance’ standing in the industry, validating the firm and team leadership since the winners are selected based on ‘deals criteria’ and ‘expertise.’”

Winston was recognized in the following categories: 

• Pre-Packaged Restructuring of the Year – Large Markets: Winston Attorneys Carey Schreiber, and John Kalyvas as legal counsel to ABL Facility Agent for Quorum Health Corporation Restructuring and Recapitalization.
• Healthcare Systems Restructuring of the Year: Winston Attorney Carey Schreiber as legal advisor to the lenders for Bellwether Behavioral Health receivership and transition of care.
• Out of Court Restructuring of the Year – Mid-Markets: Winston Attorneys Eric Johnson, Mike Blankenship, Jeff Cole, Olga Loy, and John Niedzwiecki for their role in ION Geophysical Corp Debt Exchange and Rights Offering.
