Winston & Strawn sponsored the Private Equity Exchange & Awards held at the Pavillon d’Armenonville on November 27, 2019.

Finance Partner Mounir Letayf participated in two separate panel discussions, sharing their experience and insights into the private equity and leveraged finance industries along with other high profile expert panelists. Each year 1,200 high profile delegates attend the event.

Former Partner spoke on the topic of “France: A renewed European Pillar.”  He has a particular focus on cross-border and domestic private equity and mergers and acquisitions and advises leading investment funds, family office, and industrial companies in transactions such as acquisitions, buy-outs, joint ventures, and restructuring transactions. 

Partner Mounir Letayf spoke on the topic of “Leveraged Finance Engineering: Building Value from the Beginning.”  Mounir advises lenders (banks, private debt funds, and alternative debt providers) as well as sponsors and borrowers (investment funds and listed and non-listed companies) on domestic and cross-border transactions. Mounir has extensive experience in acquisition finance covering a large spectrum of financing products. Additional core areas of practice are real estate finance, project finance, debt restructuring, and structured finance.
