Winston Team Wins The Middle Market’s 2026 Mergers & Acquisitions Deal of the Year Award

A Winston deal team received The Middle Market’s 2026 Mergers & Acquisitions Deal of the Year Award for their representation of Stout, a leading global advisory firm and portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, in its entry into a new strategic partnership with Integrum Holdings LP, a private investment firm focused on partnering with technology-enabled services companies in the financial and business services sectors. The team was led by M&A Practice Chair Brian Schafer and partner Charles Vargo and supported by associates Maggie Keller, Reed Silverman, Marianna Wonder.
