Winston & Strawn sponsored and hosted the opening reception of the Commercial Finance Association's ("CFA") 7th Annual International Lending Conference in London, England. The conference is designed for asset-based lending professionals seeking a better understanding of cross-border loans, workouts and insolvencies and will bring together over 140 delegates.

Topics at this annual lending conference included the state of cross-border ABL market, countries that work for ABL in 2013, syndication issues and workout and insolvency strategies.
