Winston & Strawn sponsored NARM's Entertainment & Technology Law Conference Series held March 1, 2012 in New York. This event focused on the entertainment industry's most pressing legal and policy issues.

Specifically, this half-day CLE program addressed:

• the effect of bankruptcy on copyright assets and how licensees can protect themselves contractually from licensor's later bankruptcy; 
• legal and business solutions to the complex maze of licensing musical works, including proposed reforms to §115 of the Copyright Act;
