Winston & Strawn sponsored Loyola IV – Receivership Law & Practice, presented by the California Receivers Forum in conjunction with Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. The event was held on January 20-22 in Los Angeles.

In order to educate new and continuing receivers, panels comprised of receivership professionals addressed a wide range of receivership law and practice concepts during this three-day symposium.
