ICC's annual Miami conference is a key forum for understanding international commercial arbitration in Latin America, providing an indispensable update on developments in the region. This year's conference included discussion regarding the impact of Brazilian investment in Latin America on dispute resolution, drafting arbitration clauses for complex transactions, arbitrating telecommunications disputes in Latin America, and ethics from the perspective of Latin American culture.
