Winston & Strawn served as a platinum sponsor of the 2010 Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) Foundation Gala held on October 21, 2010 in San Francisco. The Foundation is the charitable arm of BASF and is the focal point for all of the Association's fundraising activities. The Foundation helps BASF provide public service, pro bono, and community programs for people in need throughout the Bay Area.
The proceeds for the 2010 Gala benefited:
- The Volunteer Legal Services Program
- School-To-College
- Bay Area Minority Law Student Scholarship Program
- Law Academy
San Francisco litigation partner Jennifer Golinveaux, who has served on the BASF Foundation Board since 2008, attended the event on behalf of the firm.
