Winston & Strawn sponsored the California Minority Counsel Program's (CMCP) 22^nd Annual Business Conference held October 5-6, 2011 in Los Angeles. 

An associate in the firm's corporate department moderated the panel "New Beginnings – Transitioning From Large Firm Practice." This panel discussed key considerations in career transitions from large law firms to other types of law practice. Specifically, panelists addressed:
