Winston & Strawn Sponsors 2010 Annual Illinois Venture Capital Association Awards Dinner

Winston & Strawn was a sponsor of the Illinois Venture Capital Association's (IVCA) Annual Awards Dinner held Monday, December 6, 2010, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago.

The dinner recognized individuals who have made profound and lasting contributions to the private equity industry in Illinois. Attendees included investment professionals, limited partners, state and local government officials, service professionals, and portfolio firm executives.

Chicago private equity partner Brian Schafer attended this program on behalf of the firm. 

Founded in May 2000, the Illinois Venture Capital Association is a non-profit trade organization for Illinois venture capital and private equity professionals that seeks to enhance the growth of Illinois' $77 billion venture capital/private equity community by advocating on behalf of the industry.
