Winston & Strawn Ranked Fourth in Patent Litigation by Corporate Counsel

Winston & Strawn's patent litigation practice was recognized in Corporate Counsel’s “2013 Patent Litigation Survey," which recognizes firms that had the largest patent litigation caseloads in 2012. Winston & Strawn garnered an overall fourth-place ranking for total number of matters, with 94 cases, and was ranked second for defensive matters, with 82 cases.
