Winston & Strawn Presents ABA Program on Recent Developments in Criminal Antitrust Law

Winston & Strawn led the ABA Section of Antitrust Law's Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee's quarterly Criminal Antitrust Update on October 26, 2012. This new program series provides recent developments in criminal antitrust law.

The October 26 presentation focused on recent developments in criminal antitrust law, focusing on Antitrust Division enforcement activities and international developments—including in the EC, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Winston & Strawn attorneys Eva Cole and Seth Farber, based in the firm's New York office, and Peter Crowther, based in Winston & Strawn's London office, served as panelists. Anne Marie Cushmac, vice chair of the Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee, moderated the event.
