Winston & Strawn Practice Recognized by the National Law Journal in “The Appellate Hot List”

Winston & Strawn's Chicago-based appellate practice was listed in "The Appellate Hot List", that was published in the April 6, 2009 issue of the National Law Journal.

The reports ranked firms on a number of criteria, including a significant appellate win prevailing before the U.S. Supreme Court, a federal court or a state court when the financial stakes were high or an important legal principle was at stake.

The firm was recognized for its prominence in Supreme Court practice and in bet-the-company cases, led by partner Linda Coberly.
