Winston & Strawn Partners Recognized in Inaugural Issue of WTR 1000

Winston & Strawn LLP is pleased to note that the firm and partners have been named to the list of the world's leading trademark attorney firms and practitioners in the inaugural World Trademark Review 1000 (WTR 1000) rankings. The WTR 1000 is produced by World Trademark Review, a leading independent publication dedicated exclusively to reporting on trademark issues, and is the first and only standalone ranking publication to focus exclusively on trademark practices and practitioners.

Specifically, Winston was cited for the firm's overall strength in trademark matters in two different United States jurisdictions: California and New York. The listed Winston practitioners on both the trademark litigation and non-contentious sides include San Francisco partner Jennifer Golinveaux, and New York-based partner Virginia Richard.

The firm was recognized for trademark litigation, licensing and portfolio management services. Jennifer Golinveaux was highlighted for her experience advising companies in the technology and consumer products industries. Individuals qualify for a ranking in the WTR 1000 upon receiving sufficient positive feedback from market sources with knowledge of their practice and the market within which they operate. Firms qualify for a listing on the basis of their depth of expertise, market presence and the level of work they are typically instructed on.
