On April 2, Paris International Arbitration Partner Maria Kostytska spoke on two panels in conjunction with ArbitralWomen and Paris Arbitration Week. Winston was a sponsor of the event.

In addition, Maria spoke on a panel titled “Annulment and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards against States: Recent Developments and New Trends.” The panelists presented a continental panorama of legal regimes for annulment of arbitral awards in France, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, focusing on recent court decisions.
