Winston & Strawn London Nominated for LawCareers.Net Training & Recruitment Award

Winston’s London office is nominated for the “Best Recruiter - US Firm in the City” award by LawCareers.Net (LCN). The 2018 Training & Recruitment Awards will be presented on May 17 in London. According to LCN, the nominated firms “are among the best in their class, providing enriching training contracts and fair, thorough recruitment processes which give aspiring lawyers the opportunity to shine, whether in the City or a regional hub.” Trainees completed an anonymous LCN questionnaire to determine which firms genuinely look after and nurture their future lawyers as they mature from candidates to trainees and into qualified solicitors. LCN is a one-stop online resource created for future lawyers and those who recruit them.

Winston & Strawn London was established in 2003 and has expanded to include cross-border M&A and finance, project finance, private equity and venture capital, tax, litigation, international arbitration, contentious regulatory, and antitrust/competition services. London trainees are asked to carry out real legal work from day one, interact directly with clients, and contribute to all aspects of firm life. The office relies on its trainees to help complete complex cross-border deals on time and on budget and win high-value, high-stakes disputes for our clients.
