Winston & Strawn Advises Octagon Process in its Sale to Clariant Corp.

Winston & Strawn represented Octagon Process LLC, a privately-owned cold weather aerospace chemical specialist and leading supplier of environmentally sensitive deicing and anti-icing fluids, in connection with its sale to Switzerland-based Clariant Corporation.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
