Winston Sponsors On the Jury Trial Book Launch

Winston & Strawn sponsored the book launch reception and signing of On the Jury Trial: Principles and Practices for Effective Advocacy. Published by the University of North Texas Press, the event was held on November 7 at UNT Dallas College of Law.

Written by Dallas Office Managing Partner Tom Melsheimer and Judge Craig Smith, this book serves as a reference for trial lawyers by addressing topics such as opening statements and closing arguments, preparing witnesses, cross examinations, using exhibits, jury research, voir dire, and more. Tom and Judge Smith will discuss how the book came about and sign copies for attendees at the reception.

All book proceeds benefit the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law.
