Winston Sponsors and Speaks at Washington University School of Law’s Annual International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Symposium

On February 21, Winston & Strawn will sponsor the Washington University School of Law’s Annual International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Symposium, hosted by the Whitney R. Harris World Law Institute. This year’s topic will be “What Happens Before and After International Arbitration?” which will address topics relating to the “before” the onset of arbitration, such as negotiations and mediation, as well as enforcement actions after the arbitration. Both commercial and investment arbitration will be discussed. Associate Imad Khan will speak at the event alongside other lawyers, in-house counsel, and academics. Imad serves as the event chair.
