Winston & Strawn partner Ron Rothstein spoke at the 36^th Annual BAA/PMA Marketing Law Conference: Navigating the Marketing Law Maze, held November 5-7, 2014, in Chicago. The conference covered a host of marketing law topics, including social media policies, native advertising, targeted advertising, mobile marketing, COPPA, U.S. and global privacy concerns, advanced IP issues, and more. On November 7, Mr. Rothstein led the “Class Actions and Consumer Foods” roundtable.
