Winston Shortlisted for Inaugural Chambers Diversity Awards USA

Winston & Strawn was shortlisted for the Most Pioneering Firm for Female Lawyers Award in Chambers and Partners’ inaugural Diversity Awards USA. Winston’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) is an essential part of the firm’s diversity effort and is dedicated to the strategic retention and advancement of women lawyers at the firm. WLI programming includes leadership and business development training, networking events, coaching, sponsorship, community involvement, and more.

The Chambers Diversity Awards, presented June 16 in New York, also recognized our client Dell as “Corporate Responsibility Program of the Year” based on Winston’s nomination. This award recognized the company’s success at building an inclusive workplace and diverse workforce as well as relationships with diverse communities and organizations in the external marketplace.
