Winston Shortlisted for Financial Times 2025 Innovative Lawyers North America Awards

Winston & Strawn has been shortlisted for the Financial Times 2025 Innovative Lawyers North America Awards in the Unlocking Capital category, recognizing the firm’s work advising Groupon, Inc. in its US$80M fully backstopped rights offering for shares of the Company’s common stock.

The Innovative Lawyers Awards recognize the best in innovation in over 15 categories, highlighting the firms and in-house teams who are digitally advanced and using innovative approaches to deliver exceptional value to business and society. Honorees are determined through submissions that are thoroughly researched through telephone interviews, questionnaires, and reviews. Each entry is scored out of 10 points for originality, leadership, and impact.

The winners will be announced at an award ceremony on December 8, 2025, in New York.
