Winston Secures Perfect Score on 2019 Corporate Equality Index

Winston & Strawn has been named a 2019 Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the educational arm of the nation’s largest LGBTQ civil rights organization. Winston also earned a perfect score of 100 on the 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), which is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer employees. 

The 2019 CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.
