Winston’s San Francisco Office Hosts INTA Roundtable

On April 11, 2018, Winston & Strawn's San Francisco office hosted an International Trademark Association (INTA) Roundtable event on “Trademark Due Diligence and Trademark Transactions.” 

IP due diligence, as an important part of overall M&A due diligence, is the process of gathering information and analyzing the value of and risks associated with IP and IT assets. A comprehensive IP due diligence review is particularly important in M&A transactions since IP has been and is increasingly becoming an important component of a seller’s business and a buyer’s acquisition model.
