Winston’s Patent Litigation Practice Recognized in IAM Patent Litigation 250
April 20, 2011
Winston & Strawn's patent litigation practice was recognized in the "IAM Patent Litigation 250 – The World's Leading Patent and Technology Licensing Practitioners for 2010," a directory published in the April/May issue by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine. The patent litigation team garnered a tier one ranking in Illinois and tier three ranking nationally, touting the firm's "outstanding reputation in the litigation arena" and "bet-the-company patent litigation, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector." According to the directory, our lawyers "are not afraid of battle, but litigate without mud-slinging and are cooperative in approach."
The article highlighted firm chairman Dan Webb, who was recognized as a "fantastic general litigator with unique talents," and George Lombardi, who was highlighted as an "immensely effective trial lawyer in the pharmaceutical area."
IAM Patent Litigation 250 rankings were based on the number of recognitions a firm received, the amount of positive feedback from peers and clients and the significance of the firm's work.
