Winston Recognized in 2025 IAM Patent 1000 Rankings

Winston & Strawn’s Patent Litigation Practice has been recognized in the 2025 IAM Patent 1000 rankings. 

Winston is one of just 11 firms ranked nationally in the gold band, and the firm’s California, Washington, D.C., Texas, Illinois, and North Carolina practices are ranked regionally. IAM identifies firms ranked in the gold band as the “crème de la crème,” with “reputations established over lengthy periods of time.” 

Additionally, 24 Winston patent litigators were recognized by IAM this year.

Rankings were compiled following an extensive research process. Over five months, IAM conducted approximately 1,800 interviews with attorneys and in-house counsel to gather market intelligence on the leading firms and players in the field.
