Winston Partners Featured on the 2025 Lawdragon 500 Global Leaders in Crisis Management List

A number of Winston & Strawn partners merited a place on the 2025 Lawdragon 500 Global Leaders in Crisis Management list. This directory honors “the world’s leading minds in the art of calming, managing, defusing and ‘handling’ matters that threaten an institution, whether a global corporation, powerful individual, nonprofit or other entity.”

Lawdragon compiled this list through a combination of journalistic reporting, nominations, and vetting with peers and experts in crisis management law.

Financial Services Industry Group Co-Chair Kobi Kennedy Brinson was also prominently featured in the writeup: “[Kobi] got her start in trial skills as a public defender, rising through the in-house ranks at Wells Fargo and Bank of America, where she was Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel overseeing financial litigation and investigations. She joined Winston in 2014, and defends financial services and other clients in government regulatory enforcement inquiries and investigations, as well as class action litigation.”
