Winston Named a “Top 100 Law Firm for Women” by WomenInc. Magazine

Winston & Strawn is honored and proud to be on WomenInc. Magazine’s list of the nation’s “Top 100 Firms for Women” for 2019. The list celebrates female leadership and representation in prominent law firms based on survey data, recruitment, community outreach, and other criteria as well as input from editorial staff well-versed in the legal industry.

At Winston, we recognize the importance of diversity at the highest levels of the firm. Currently, seven women serve on our Executive Committee, three women serve as office managing partners, two women co-chair the firm’s Partner Compensation Committee, and several women serve in leadership roles in our practice groups.
