Winston Leads Sponsorship for Sport Resolutions Annual Conference 2019 for Third Consecutive Year

Sport Resolutions’ 5th Annual Conference 2019 will take place on 2 May in London, bringing together an esteemed panel of sports professionals and industry experts to discuss hot topics such as anti-doping, athlete welfare, and integrity. The event will be chaired and moderated by BBC sports broadcaster Jason Mohammad and keynoted by rugby union player Maggie Alphonsi.
Co-Executive Chairman of Winston & Strawn Jeffrey Kessler will speak on a panel titled “Is WADA in control of global doping or is the aim of a unified code slipping away as a forlorn hope?” The session will review the effectiveness and application of the Code and will explore whether criticisms of WADA are fair or unfounded.
Other speakers include leading industry players from the USADA and the British Athletes Commission, and sports stars such as Tony Adams, John Hartson, Kate Richardson-Walsh, Viv Anderson, and Keegan Hirst.
