Winston Earns Perfect Score for 15th Consecutive Year on Corporate Equality Index

Winston is proud to be recognized as an Equality 100 business by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index. This is the 15^thconsecutive year that Winston has earned a score of 100 in recognition of our LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion policies and practices.

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index is the leading benchmarking survey that measures workplace policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ equality. More than 1,300 businesses participated this year and 545 earned a score of 100.

Consistently earning a perfect score on the Corporate Equality Index recognizes the firm’s commitment to ensuring that our LGBTQ+ attorneys and professional staff are heard, represented, and respected.
