Winston & Strawn Partners Natalie Arbaugh and Susannah Torpey spoke at the 22nd Annual Advanced In-House Counsel Course presented by TexasBarCLE.

Natalie’s program, titled “Striking the Right Balance: Protect Your Goodwill and Business Concerns Through Noncompetes and NDAs,” discussed how to use non-compete and non-disclosure agreements to protect trade secrets and other interests in the face of heightened focus on restrictive covenants, including from the FTC.

Susannah’s program on the “Rules and Limitations of No Poach” covered the latest developments in antitrust enforcement of no-poach, non-solicitation, and wage-fixing agreements and address best practices companies can follow to reduce civil and criminal risk.
