Winston & Strawn Financial Services Corporate Practice Co-Chair will provide opening remarks at the Emerging Manager Forum, San Francisco. He serves as chair of this year’s conference, held November 15-16, 2018 at the Fairmont. This forum provides attendees with the opportunity to discover the latest on launching funds, connecting with investors, and growing their AUMs.

California State Controller Betty Yee will provide the opening address. As the state’s chief fiscal officer, she chairs the Franchise Tax Board and serves as a member of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS) Boards. These two boards have a combined portfolio of nearly $570 billion.
