Winston & Strawn is pleased to announce that partner Sean Suber has been selected to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2025 Fellows Program and associates Danielle Stanciel and Franklin Shen have been selected to participate in LCLD’s 2025 Pathfinders Program. The year-long Fellows Program seeks to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession, while the Pathfinders Program trains high-performing, early-career attorneys in leadership, network building, and other career development strategies.

Winston is a long-time member of the LCLD and sponsors the participation of our attorneys in its Fellows and Pathfinders programs each year. This is the 13th year Winston has nominated a lawyer for the LCLD programs. Winston attorneys Sofia Arguello, Kobi Kennedy Brinson, Francisco Flores, Donald Goff, Tim Kincaid, Saranya Raghavan, Angela Smedley, and Precious Nwankwo are all Fellows Program alums. Past participants in the Pathfinders Program include Winston partners Masae Ellis, Austin Leach, and Sean Suber, and associates Elisa Baca, Marcus Garcia, Nasir Hussain, Christopher Parker, Dion Robbins, Joey Blake, and Stephanie Turner. Additionally, Winston partners Francisco Flores and Saranya Raghavan have participated in LCLD’s Sustainable Partnership Program.

In addition to the Fellows, Pathfinders, and Sustainable Partnership Programs, Winston participates in the 1L LCLD Scholars Program in partnership with several firm clients.

LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leadership of the profession—who have pledged themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
