Winston & Strawn’s ESG Advisory Team Featured in Bloomberg Law

In August, Winston & Strawn announced the formation of a new ESG Advisory Team. As Chicago Partner Cardelle Spangler told Bloomberg Law, Winston's new team will address the “culmination of issues around human capital that we’ve seen for many, many years,” and added that diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as campaigns to bolster equality are increasingly part of ESG analysis.

Houston Partner Mike Blankenship emphasized that the pandemic has raised ESG’s profile considerably and “urged companies to embrace ESG or risk irrelevance.”
