Pete Morgan, partner and co-chair of Winston’s Structured Finance and Esoteric Finance practices, will be a featured speaker on the "Resolving PACE Delinquencies" CLE panel at 4:00 PM ET on Thursday, May 15. The panel will discuss how PACE administrators, capital providers, and other practitioners contend with property owners who have become delinquent on their property taxes and PACE assessments. Also discussed will be how to contend with property owners undergoing bankruptcy and property owners that are being foreclosed upon.
