Winston & Strawn Recognized in The National Law Journal Legal Awards 2023

Winston & Strawn has been recognized in two categories at the 2023 National Law Journal Legal Awards, an annual awards series highlights the most significant litigation and appellate work from the prior year.

For the third consecutive year, Winston’s Appellate & Critical Motions Practice won a spot on the Appellate Hot List for its track record over the past 18 months. Among other accomplishments, the practice secured a major Second Circuit victory for Relevent Sports, LLC, a sports promoter that organizes soccer matches in the United States involving professional teams from non-U.S. leagues, and won a hard-fought victory in the Ohio Supreme Court on behalf of CSX Transportation (CSXT), one of the nation’s largest freight railroads.

In addition to being named to the Appellate Hot List, Winston was a finalist for Litigation Department of the Year: White Collar – Washington, D.C.
