Winston & Strawn Partners Offer Insights on First Jury Trial Under New Western District of Texas Judge

U.S. District Judge Alan Albright’s first jury trial since taking over the Western District of Texas in 2018, MV3 Partners v. Roku, was among the cases highlighted in the January 6, 2021, Texas Lawbook article “Top 10 Commercial Litigation Moments of 2020.”

In writing about the case, Texas Lawbook took the opportunity to also highlight the work of a trio of Winston & Strawn attorneys in documenting the daily developments for the firm’s WacoWatch series, a source for information and analysis of patent litigation in the Waco Division of the Western District of Texas.
