Winston & Strawn Co-Hosted the Annual SBIC Fund Conference with RSM US LLP

Winston & Strawn’s Private Investment Funds Practice co-hosted the Annual NYC SBIC Fund Conference with RSM US in their New York office on January 22, 2024. 

Several Winston attorneys presented and moderated panels including Alan Roth, Kate Price, Chris Douglass, and Olga Loy. 

General and limited partners, chief financial officers, controllers of small business investment company (SBIC) funds, and representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense Office of Strategic Capital networked and learned more about the operations, licensing, accounting, tax, and compliance issues for SBIC funds and potential SBIC funds.
