Webb Interviewed for CFO.com Article on Top White-Collar Attorneys

Winston & Strawn partner and well-known litigator Dan Webb was quoted in a February 2006 article on CFO.com titled "The Best Defense" regarding the litigation skills needed to defend finance executives in today's high-stakes legal environment. According to the article, few top attorneys have accounting or finance degrees but they must be able to parse the transactions at issue in a case.  "You have to know them backwards and forwards," Webb said. "Then you figure out the best and most straightforward explanation as to why it's not fraud."
