Winston & Strawn hosted a panel discussion titled “Trends in International Arbitration and the Role of Dubai” on 3 May at the Ritz Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre. Winston International Arbitration attorneys Ricardo Ugarte, Michael Stepek, and Nick Sharratt participated in the session, which was moderated by Ben Bruton, head of the firm’s disputes and investigations practice in the Middle East. Robert Stephen, Registrar of the DIFC-LCIA, joined as a guest speaker. Attendees included senior in-house counsel from leading local and international companies.
