Thomas Kearney Speaks at the Intellectual Property Law Institute 2022

On October 17, Winston & Strawn Of Counsel Thomas Kearney spoke at the 2022 Intellectual Property Law Institute in San Francisco. The program provided a complete analysis of key events in the areas of intellectual property as well as updates on cases, legislation, and government agency developments.  

Tom spoke during a session titled “Copyright Law – New Developments and Trends,” which discussed updates to recent copyright developments, the repair of copyrighted items, and fair use in the wake of the Supreme Court's Oracle decision.
