June 5, 2019

On June 5th, Winston's Environmental Practice hosted a webinar discussing the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding Per- and Poly-fluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS.

Sam Trimbach, attorney in Winston & Strawn LLP’s Chicago office, discussed current and potential future federal and state regulations regarding PFAS, including how these regulations are likely to impact ongoing clean-ups and what you can do to mitigate the risk of PFAS-related liability in the future. Sam was joined by Dr. Jennifer Wilkie from Geosyntec Consultants, who provided supplementary technical information regarding PFAS, including information related to sampling for and remediating PFAS.
