We were honored to host “The DOJ in Review: A Panel and Reception with Our Former U.S. Attorneys” at our Washington, D.C. office on September 16, 2025. Litigation co-chair Linda Coberly moderated the distinguished panel featuring Winston’s four former U.S. Attorneys—Dan Webb, Marc Krickbaum, Damien Diggs, and Matt Graves—as they reflected on the evolution of the Department of Justice across four decades and perspectives from their time in leadership. With experience spanning both administrations, they explored what has changed, what remains constant, and emerging trends shaping the DOJ’s future.
