Terry Dee Presents at the 2024 Annual Ethics Program

Winston partner Terry Dee will present on the ethics of litigation funding at the 2024 Federal Bar Association Ethics Program on June 5 in Chicago. This panel features discussions on the current state of litigation funding and will investigate two real-world case studies. Panelists will include three federal judges and highlight best practices for use of artificial intelligence in the practice of law, as well as professional discipline and the labor market.
