Susan Nash Selected as Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel

Partner Susan Nash has been selected to be inducted as a 2017 Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC). ACEBC Fellows have a minimum of 20 years of experience and are selected based on their significant contributions to the advancement of the employee benefits field. New Fellows are admitted following successful completion of a formal nomination and application process; a candidate must be nominated by two Fellows.
Founded in 2000, ACEBC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to elevating the standards and advancing the public’s understanding of the practice of employee benefits law.
Susan is highly regarded nationally in the area of health care reform and health and welfare benefits. She assists employers with their health care reform strategy and compliance with laws affecting group health plans, such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, and the Internal Revenue Code.
